We can only take on a limited number of events each day, and our pricing reflects when demand is highest.In the interest of transparency—so you know exactly what to expect—the following periods are subject to additional charges:

Each guest is to receive one $1000 play bill. If you will be there at the time of delivery, you can collect the play bills from our delivery crew. If not, you can find the play bills underneath one of the casino tables in a tub. You will be responsible for distributing these play bills to your guests at the beginning of your event. We recommend handing out the bills as your guest first enter the event or at a registration table. There will be professional value chips at each casino table. Your guests can then take their play bill to any of the casino tables and the dealers will convert their bill into chips. The dealers will cash out during the last 20 – 30 minutes of casino run time. We provide two cash out methods for you to choose from, Raffle Tickets or Vouchers. At the beginning of the event please let the Pit Boss know which method you have chosen. (We do not provide draw boxes or prizes; this is up to the client to provide).

Players bring their chips to a dealer for cash out and they will give them raffle tickets, 1 ticket per $500 cashed in. The player holds onto one ticket half and places the other half in a draw box corresponding to the prize they want to win. You (the client) then draws tickets and announces the prizes.

Players bring their chips to a dealer for cash out and the dealer will count the chips and write the player’s name and total on a voucher. Once everyone’s chips have been collected and they have been given a voucher, you (the client) will announce who has won the most money and awards prizes accordingly. You may also choose to do an auction with participants bidding based on how much is written on their voucher.

Arrive 10 – 15 minutes in advance of deal time dressed in silver vests with bow ties, white dress shirts and black dress pants. Dealers require a 10 minute break every hour using our provided relief dealers. There should be a green room or designated break area for the dealers. If there is no separate break room/area available, the dealers will take their breaks in the same room as your event. Dealers should only take direction from their acting Pit Boss so the client or event planner only needs to liaison with one casino staff.

We deliver/set-up our equipment before guests arrive and tear down/strike after the 4 hour casino run time. The exact timing will be determined closer towards the date and will depend on the earliest time that the venue is available for set-up and your guest arrival time. If you have specific set-up/tear down timing requirements, please let us know upon booking so we can try to accommodate your request.

In order to accommodate Casino Package #s 1 – 3 we would need to have your order secured, via deposit and signed contract, a minimum of 10 business days before your event; and for Casino Package #4 or greater, we would need to have your order secured a minimum of 15 business days before your event.
